5g home internet and gaming RSRP/SNIR Help

I doubt it signal strength We too are having problems playing any steam game . Especially bad during higher traffic times. Discord is another issue. Through my own testing believe T-Mobile throttling steam and discord during peak times.
when we first purchased it was fine. It only seems to have slowed for gaming sites.
