home internet speeds

I have the NOK 5G21 Gateway. This is a replacement and the signal strength is a little better in to 20-25Mbps range. The LTE metrics are CQI = 14, RSSI = -52, RSRQ = -13, RSRP = -83, SINR = 21.8, and BAND = B66. The metrics for the 5G are RSRQ = -12, RSRP = -101, SINR = 14.6, and BAND = n41.
While on the 5G it states that a RSRP level with a value of -80 or higher being idea. the status of my at -101 is poor.
Reached out multi times to T-mobile tech support and nothing has really improved much. Starting to looking into going back to Spectrum in my area, but really dont want to do that.
