horrible upload speed

T Mobile internet speed issues. My T Mobil phone works great anywhere but my internet service now is the pits, bottom of the barrel.

It is sad that my upload speeds are so bad now that I can barley load the T Mobile site?? My speeds for the last year were 250 to 350 MBPS download and 15 to 24MBPS guess they like all companies oversell everything now a days as it is only about $$ never service. 

I spent the usual 2 hours on the phone twice and getting a new gateway sent and go though setting it all up just to have the same crappy service. Running various speed tests I now get the normal 200 to 250 download but the ever important upload is now  0.03 not even 1 MBPS upload. Looks like they have this week to fix it or i am back to Spectrum as there's was never this bad.
