SInce last nights update nothing
I received the message they would be doing system update last night and today woke up to slow speed so I unplugged the trashcan and restarted it and now I cant even see the unit via wifi connection to even see inside the unit.. like this on all my computers tried unplugging it over and over and nothing! what now did you guys kill my trashcan?
If your system was just updated to ".18" and you're having this problem, call Support. A few people have reported this and Support was able to make some change behind the scenes that restored service.

they said my trashcan was dead it wont reset to factory settings.. they are send me a new gateway.. wonder which one they will send out?
