When I reboot my phone, gateway or reboot both I still get the same error. I have had T-Mobile for about 3 months and only been able to see the connected devices via the app only once or twice. Any suggestions? It would be nice to be able to manage my devices with the app. I have two phones. Both are Motorola G (android version 11.0). Same error on both phones. My gateway is the FAST 5688W. HELP!
