Unable to receive MMS messages from Verizon on wife's phone (SMS messages are fine)

My wife uses her phone for work and is unable to view MMS messages from her boss. (screen shots).  SMS messages are fine, but MMS messages show up as a link that requires a login. We recently ported from Verizon and the problem started when we switched over.
