How to Send trade in device - Ordered though samsung.com but selected Tmobile version and EIP

I ordered though Samsung.com as it was giving more value than T_mobile for S24Ultra preorder like 150$accesory credit. All order went through perfectly and even EIP finance and Trade in device and credit started showing on Tmobile website even before receiving actual phone. 

 

Today i got the device from samsung. And at same time  Samsung.com provided option to download trade in shipping label, when i opened label it just have below text:

"As part of the T-Mobile trade-in program, Shipping Materials (including a prepaid shipping label) will be sent directly to the customer's address. A prepaid shipping label also available to print on MyTMO.com " 

I also tried clicking MyTMO.com which only took me to Dashboard page.

I even received mails from Tmobile to submit trade in devices  wiht below text:

Trade‑in initiated

Estimado cliente de T-Mobile,

Thanks for trading in your device! You're going to receive $90 for it.
Once your new device is shipped, you'll have 30 days to send your old one back.
We'll do the rest. Visit t‑mo.co/account250 for instructions on shipping back your old device.
 
Gracias nuevamente,
Tu equipo de T-Mobile

 

I even visited link in page and it just takes me to account activity page.

 

So in short i dont have shipping label to send my trade ion devices and i m getting mails to send trade in devices. Can anyone help hopw do i send trade in devices.

 

This is taking away my days from 30 days timelimit.

 

I checked tmobile chat, tforce twitter and even called 611 and talked wiht superviros as well all givigg different answers. 

 

Last update i got was i will receive shipping box and prepaid label in few days, but no one tells how many days. So other days will get reduced from my 30 day time limit.

 

Tmobile experts pls help me. This is first time i see such a mess in shipping label process.

I can share all pictures if you need, my 1000$ trade in credit is at stake due to this inefficient process.

 

Pls help.

 

  • You should be able to find that return shipping label on the T-Mobile website or app after logging in.

    On the website,

    1. Visita Contact & Support at the top of the page and then select consulta el estado del pedido. 
    2. From the order status list, find and select the recent order.
    3. Select the trade-in device to review trade-in details.
    4. Under Trade-in device details, click Imprimir etiqueta de envío .

    On the app,

    1. Desde Inicio, there will be a reminder message informing how many days remain to be able to send in their trade-in device.
    2. Below the reminder message, select See trade-in device details >.
    3. Under Trade-in device details, select Email shipping label .
    4. Enter email address and then Confirm & send.
    5. Confirmation message will appear stating the shipping label and shipping instructions have been sent to the email inbox.
    6. Imprime la etiqueta y pégala a la caja para devolver el dispositivo.

    However, when I go to the Check Order page, the shipping label is only showing up for the phone I ordered at the store, but not for the 2 phones I ordered via Samsung.

     

    That's ok because yesterday I got the label and return kit in the mail and I've already sent the trade-in device for the other line.
