Loyal Customer of over 20 years Gets No Respect

I have Been a Customer for 20 years and 9 months. That is 249 months. Multiply 249 months by my average monthly bill of $150 and that is $37,350 that I have spent...and counting.

T-Mobile has giving me nothing. If I was a new customer who has spent $0 with them, then they would give me a new phone. I need a new phone but they won't help me and the girl I just talked sounded like I was bothering her. 

I want a new Iphone and it doesn't have to be Free. How about a discount for someone who has already spent close to $40,000 with you? I won't hold my breath.

  • I am in the same boat, been with them for years.

    The trick is leave and come back after a few months. But that's a hassle. 

    All carriers are the same: they treat new customers nice and forget the old timers.
