Has anyone heard when T-Mobile is going to release the June 2024 update for Pixel devices? There is a gap in security and it seems that T-Mobile is delaying the release on this important update. I'm having a hard time believing that T-Mobile is the ONLY major carrier that does not have a single option past the basic 128 GB for Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. I don't know anyone who would pay over a thousand dollars for a flagshipphone with only 128 GB. This seems like a massive oversight. I have spoken with customer service through chat and over the phone and they all say that they only have the 128 GB and when asked if they are getting other storage space optionsthey say "We don't have that information." We just switched from Verizon a few months ago. Verizon offers the same trade-in deals but they have storage space options up to 512 GB. Google Store and Best Buy will only offer me $160 dollars for my phone as a trade-in deal but with T-Mobile I could get up to $800 with my trade-in but I can not buy a phone with only 128 GB. One customer service rep told me that they would start selling the 256gb models on October 12, its October 20th and at this rate, I don't think it's ever going to happen. This is extremely disappointing. As the title suggests, my Pixel 8 Pro shows up as a Note 9 in my account, for both mine and my wife's phone. They were both bought unlocked directly from Google and then added to my account. One was added during my initial onboarding and the other we just moved the sim card from the old phone over. One is using the eSIM and the other is a physical SIM card. Seems kinda odd that the system can't correctly identify the phone. Both phones seem to work fine, outside of just being labeled wrong in the account,but the option to check network compatibility says it doesn't support 5G, tho they connect to the network as 5G UC. Neither of my iphone 15 pro max or google pixel 8 pro will connect to data. I have to be on wifi to get a connection for everything. I've restarted both and did the airplane mode toggle and enabled roaming. I don't see an outage on the map and my data for the month is only 3gb of 100. What is going on19Visto0likes0Comentarios
