App puchases - Credit Limit Renew
So I guess every T-Mobile customer has a $80 credit limit they will give you to charge in app purchases and such, like on Google play. I used mine up in July but the charges don't come until September I was told, which was correct I paid my usual amount for Bill this month. Now it's a new billing cycle period on Aug. 28 and I should have my credit able to charge up to a new $80. But so far it's not letting me ??? I'm confused, because this is a new billing cycle correct?? Last billing cycle went to Aug. 27, now it's 28th And there is no reset on mine. When I called yesterday on 27th,.she said today the 28th I should have a new line of $80 credit able.
Tmobile App Stuck "Setting up"
Hello, when launching the tmobile app on my S22 Ultra it is on the tmobile logo and on the bottom says "Setting you up" I cannot get past this screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times let it sit for 20 minutes plus nothing seems to be working. Restarted phone cleared cache. Please help!
App: Missing devices; reset now won't connect
The app isn't listing all devices. Some devices in my internet app are disappearing. I had an unknown Switch connected so I disabled both switches until I could determine which MAC address was not one we owned. When I went to reconnect our switch, it was gone. I can't find the disabled switch anywhere in the app or anywhere in my account. Can I see disabled devices anywhere else? We were also having spotty service this evening so I reset the Gatewayand after resetting internet gateway the app no longer connects. The android phone is connected and to the WiFi but the app won't connect to it at all, just spins and asks if I want to log out. If I log out the only option I have is to attempt to re-setup the gateway device. 1st problem - how can I connect a device that was disabled but is not longer listed in the disabled/enabled list of devices? 2nd how do get the app to operate again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.App stuck loading issues
I recently just joined T-Mobile, I have an s24 ultra that I brought with me, it's unlocked 1tb from Samsung. The app received an update yesterday butI can not load anything past the homescreen, all it does is get stuck in a loading/ buffering loop. I had the issue on the previous app update so i decided to waitand see if it was a botched update or if it needed time to sort itself out, but nothing has worked, I've tried different variations, deleted the cache/data, and I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, nothing has worked. ¿Tienes alguna idea?Why does the T-mobile app take up so much space?
I have a OnePlus Nord N10 5G phone with 128 GB storage. About a month ago I had only used half that free space, however when I checked the file manager this month I had used 97 of 128 GB. After exploring further, I found my T-mobile app is taking up a whopping 40 GB of my free space! This app can't be uninstalled nor can the cache or data be cleared. Why could T-mobile possibly need that much space for their app? Is there any way to get some of that free space back?
Camera app icon disappeared on REVVL V+ 5G
Got a new REVVL V+ 5g, and attempted to add a 128GB Micro SD card, which the phone formatted, but wouldn't acknowledge shortly after (card wasdescribed as 'Corrupted'). Attemptedto use the camera app on the phone, but camera appkept crashing (attempted to disable and re-able, but issue persisted). Eventually I removed the SD card and the camera started to work again via the app listings, and double-tapping the power button. But the regular app icon that would be on the home screen is gone. Any way to reapply that icon to the home screen?
