App stuck loading issues

I recently just joined T-Mobile, I have an s24 ultra that I brought with me, it's unlocked 1tb from Samsung. The app received an update yesterday but I can not load anything past the homescreen, all it does is get stuck in a loading/ buffering loop. I had the issue on the previous app update so i decided to wait and see if it was a botched update or if it needed time to sort itself out, but nothing has worked, I've tried different variations, deleted the cache/data, and I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, nothing has worked.
