I can log into T-Mobile web site via my computer browser. I can log into T-Mobile web site via my phone's browser. Try to log into the app, the app takes my Id but when my password manager tries to insert the password, the app hangs. Won't respond at all. Stop the app and try again, Still hangs. Shutdown and restart my phone and try again, Still hangs. Delete the app and reinstall the app and try again, Still hangs. Try typing in my Id and password manually. App takes my Id. App allows me to START typing in my password, but app hangs when I'm about half way through …not even an odd character, just a normal letter. I am a new customer, and so far the app does not work for me. When I try to login it gets stuck in a loading loop, which is a progress bar, then two spinning wheels, then repeat. So I guess every T-Mobile customer has a $80 credit limit they will give you to charge in app purchases and such, like on Google play. I used mine up in July but the charges don't come until September I was told, which was correct I paid my usual amount for Bill this month. Now it's a new billing cycle period on Aug. 28 and I should have my credit able to charge up to a new $80. But so far it's not letting me ??? I'm confused, because this is a new billing cycle correct?? Last billing cycle went to Aug. 27, now it's 28th And there is no reset on mine. I have an older SUD with a sim card, works better with my older truck, lets me monitor its battery… Anyway, got a Newer SUD 7000T1 and it would not set up in the app, said i needed a newer app. so i have both the old one an the new one installed. if i add my old one to the new app (boy it took me a while to find i could not use my old login, needed my t mobile. one) Will it transfer my old ligs and data or are they only on the old logs. and will my older adapter even work with the new app? should i just be ok with two apps?Solved60Visto0likes1ComentarioTmobile App Stuck "Setting up"
Hello, when launching the tmobile app on my S22 Ultra it is on the tmobile logo and on the bottom says "Setting you up" I cannot get past this screen. The app isn't listing all devices. Some devices in my internet app are disappearing. I had an unknown Switch connected so I disabled both switches until I could determine which MAC address was not one we owned. When I went to reconnect our switch, it was gone. I can't find the disabled switch anywhere in the app or anywhere in my account. Can I see disabled devices anywhere else? We were also having spotty service this evening so I reset the Gatewayand after resetting internet gateway the app no longer connects. The android phone is connected and to the WiFi but the app won't connect to it at all, just spins and asks if I want to log out. If I log out the only option I have is to attempt to re-setup the gateway device. 1st problem - how can I connect a device that was disabled but is not longer listed in the disabled/enabled list of devices? 2nd how do get the app to operate again. I recently just joined T-Mobile, I have an s24 ultra that I brought with me, it's unlocked 1tb from Samsung. The app received an update yesterday butI can not load anything past the homescreen, all it does is get stuck in a loading/ buffering loop. I have a OnePlus Nord N10 5G phone with 128 GB storage. About a month ago I had only used half that free space, however when I checked the file manager this month I had used 97 of 128 GB. After exploring further, I found my T-mobile app is taking up a whopping 40 GB of my free space! This app can't be uninstalled nor can the cache or data be cleared.
