Anyone else having issues with no celluar data for Apps? Spent over 8 hours on the phone between T-Mobile and Apple and 2 hours in the store. Changed SIM cards and still no resolution. Strange thing is when the SIM was moved to another working phone, the working phone would also no longer work. However if the working phone SIM was added to the non-working phone it worked perfect. Replaced SIM 2x and also did ESIM - still unable to resolve the issue. Issue in on Iphone 12 however while at the store 3 others came in …all with phones Iphone 12 or older. So annoying!!! Please need a resolution, we have tried everything from resetting the network and the phone itself, T-Mobile even suspened the line and restored it and still no resolution.2.8KViews2likes8ComentariosDoes the T-mobile IOS app work for other people?
Does the T-mobile IOS app work for other people? I've got an iPhone 13, running IOS 16.5.1, and the latest T-mobile IOS app, and I can't log into the app to manage my account. First off, it won't let me paste my password from my password manager, and when I attempt to paste the password in, the app won't let me type it in manually, either. Sometimes, the app crashes at this point. I've tried deleting the app and its data, reset my phone via <Vol Up><Vol Down><Power> until it reboots, and then re-installing the app. I've also tried telling the app that my email address is 'Not Me'. I have the DIGITS app installed on my Windows desktop machine. For a couple months it was letting me go a week or more between log-ins. This week I'm finding it has automatically logged the app out within hours or a day at most. In the past couple days, I've missed EXTREMELY important phone calls and texts that have left one of my kids STRANDED away from home. I RELY on this app to work as advertised -- to deliver text messages and phone calls that might be important.This is the type of app that should just stay logged in for the entire day if not forever since there is no predictability of when a text will be received. (Also, the FEEDBACK link in the DIGITS app and on the DIGITS web page has never worked.
