My newly purchased N200 5G will not connect to my car's Android Auto when I plug in a cable. The [phone buzzes like it wants to connect, but nothing happens. Hi. My partner and I recently moved to the US from Hong Kong, where we had purchased our unlocked Samsung Galaxy A33 5G and A34 5G phones. In the US, we have subscribed to a T-Mobile 5G plan, and had checked the device IMEI's beforehand on the T-Mobile website, which says both devices are fully supported on the T-Mobile network. Both devices, however, are unable to connect to 3G/4G/5G data, and can only connect on Edge. I've tried resetting the connection settings on both devices, and have checked the APNs to make sure they have the correct details (they do). I have also made sure both phones have been updated to the latest Samsung software, and have tried restarting multiple times whenever I've made a change to the settings. I am genuinely perplexed as to why these fully unlocked phones which T-Mobile says are supported are unable to connect to the 3G/4G/5G networks. We went back to the T-Mobile store where we bought the SIMs/plan, and their only advice was to buy new unlocked phones. So I switched to T-Mobile internet and the strength shows it great. I work from home and I keep getting signed out if my VPN, which never happened prior to switching. I also cannot connect my Alexa Echo Show or my daughters tablet. I have to factory reset and configure the gateway every time there is a power outage and or if I reboot the device. I have an Ipad Air (4th gen) and a iPad (9th gen). The 9th gen iPad has trouble staying connected to WiFi. In the morning my wife has to turn off WiFi on the 9th gen and turn it back on again for it to connect to WiFi. My iPad Air does not have this same problem. And sometimes during the day my wife has to do this a time or two. I use LTE routers to connect to 6 digital signs in different locations where there is no local wi-fi network. I set routers up to stay on (no sleep), 2.4 broadcast only,and a 2 GB limitation per month to match up with my data plan. For two months these worked fine. Now 5 out of the 6 are emitting a wi-fi signal but no connection to the internet. I have not exceeded data usage. Bill is automatically paid. Anyone have any ideas? I can't call or text on 5G UC. It's shows signal and on network but nothing works. I had to disable 5G and reboot my phone to get it to work. The Pixel also has trouble moving from wifi calling to mobile and will say disconnected like this even though it shows mobile connectivity. Pixel 6 Pro. Purchased from and shipped by T-Mobile.
