problemas de cobertura
5 TopicsStuck on 1 bar in my San Diego home? What to do?
Coverage map at my address says 5G Ultra Capacity. I have never been able to get more than one bar, meaning I can't even stream standard definition movies on Netflix/YouTube. Have been living here for months now & want to know if it will always be this way or is there something I can do to fix this issue? It's so terribly frustrating not to get service where you live When chatting with customer service they say "There's only limited tower within the area. T-Mobile wants to offer as much coverage as possible on our own network, but sometimes we must rely on domestic partners to ensure the widest coverage possible. T-Mobile coordina con estos socios para ofrecer a los clientes conectividad fuera de nuestra red. T-Mobile does not charge an additional fee for this service, but because we do not own these networks, there are limitations to data use and data speeds" Resetting Network Settings/Switching to 4G does not help364Visto0likes6ComentariosJust upgraded my phone, cannot access internet without wifi
I have been a T-Mobile customer for years. I just recently upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max from a 12 Pro Max. I cannot access the internet ANYWHERE. Spotify? Nope. Google Chrome? Nope. Facebook? Nope. I have full cell service and 5G in all of the places I am attempting to use my phone. My old phone worked in all of these places such as work and in my car during my commute. This is absolutely infuriating. Am I missing something?362Visto0likes3Comentariosis there some sort of way to request an area for 2G to NOT shut down?
Is there some sort of way to requestan area for 2G to NOTshut down? I know T-Mobile is shutting down 2G on april 2 2024,but I work with old phones a lot and sometimes my area with LTE/5G goes to no service when it gets overloaded, while 2G stays strong since it's not overloaded. I was wondering if there was a thing to request an area to keep 2G alive, just like how they have 3G alive in very few places still. I was wondering if my city or county or some sort of thing near me could keep 2G, and/or other peoples areas as well. I know someone who only gets signal with 2G and no other carrier can get signal, not even T-Mobile LTE or 5G. also why is 2G going away in the first place? I can't find any info online and to me it doesn't make sense since other places keep it up for 10+ more years939Visto3likes17Comentarios
