4 TopicsConstant large download fails
We just switched to Tmo 5Glast. We have the current trashcan style model. It's been mostly decent and sometimes incredibly fast, but we have one constant irritation. Any download over a gig or 2 will fail every single time.My wife and I both work from home and occasionally work with large files and this is a no-go and completely frustrating. I have a Win11 pc and she has 2 macbooks, I even tested on a ps5. They all fail after 1-2 gb. Does anyone know why this is? And if there is anything that can be done. I've searched through other questions but can't find anything. EDIT: We are using the 5ghz connection for these devices and have very good to excellent signal on the gateway. LTE and 5Gcellular metrics usually show good to excellent also. UPDATE: I just switched the PS5 to wired for testing. I thought this would circumvent the issue, but it failed around 5gb. I may have to go back to Xfinity.750Visto0likes8ComentariosThe unCarrier created the Unbank
John Legere and T-Mobile created T-Mobile Money with the intent of taking all the hassle out of banking, adding great features, anddoing things that banks don't do like paying interest.I am extremely pleased with my the accounts my wife and I have in regards to Interest and the other features of our accounts. What is missing, with no explanation as to why in phone calls to customer service or in the forums,is the ability to download transaction data. One of the simplest features that every otherbank and financial institutionhas at a minimum. The majority of institutions go the extra mile and offer theability for financial software like Quicken to connect and download the data with out the extra steps of downloading the data, cleaning the file, and importing it into quicken. The intention to take the hassle out of banking as created hassle...I, and many of T-Mobile Money's valued customers have to down load statements and then hand type EVERY TRANSACTION into their accounting software. It is a bit sad.52Visto0likes0Comentarios
