John Legere and T-Mobile created T-Mobile Money with the intent of taking all the hassle out of banking, adding great features, and doing things that banks don't do like paying interest. I am extremely pleased with my the accounts my wife and I have in regards to Interest and the other features of our accounts.

What is missing, with no explanation as to why in phone calls to customer service or in the forums, is the ability to download transaction data.  One of the simplest features that every other bank and financial institution has at a minimum.

The majority of institutions go the extra mile and offer the ability for financial software like Quicken to connect and download the data with out the extra steps of downloading the data, cleaning the file, and importing it into quicken.

The intention to take the hassle out of banking as created hassle...I, and many of T-Mobile Money’s valued customers have to down load statements and then hand type EVERY TRANSACTION into their accounting software.

It is a bit sad.
