Fake and deceptive t mobile promotion
Hello! I would like to ask how to file a complaint? I was informed of a promotional sale wherein if I add a line, I'll be qualifiedfor a buy 1 get 1 promotion. So that's what I did. I added a line and even bought 4 phones. When I called, the agent told me that I'm not eligible. And now I am very anxious and frustrated. After all the assurance from the AGENTSthat I'll get rebates, I get an information like this. i WAS MISINFORMED AND DECEIVED. Ayuda.
Fraudulent activity on my account, empty promises from Rep's, and no resolution so far.
Someoneactivated a sim card on my account and made calls originating from Jordan outgoing to different countries in that region. I am in the US and I only have one activated phone. This had to be a Tmobile employee because who else would have access to my account? I have called customer service several times and I am getting empty promises and lies from the Tmobile Rep's. I was told that a Fraud Claim was filed on my behalf and that was a lie. I was also told by another rep that I would receive a call back from a manager to help me rectify the situation and that was also a lie. T mobile needs to do better!
Free 5g Upgrade and no commitment??
I have been getting phone calls from Sprint offering me a free phone (mine is 3G). I have been told several times there is no 24 month commitment--phone is free. Online it states 24 months. Hasanyone gotten a free phone and no 24 month commitment (due to having to upgrade from 3G to G)?? I have been lied to by Sprint before…..
