I have had Magenta Max since Dec 2022 The service stopped working in May 2024. I stopped getting my unlimited data and cell service. I reported loss of service and did multiple rounds of technical support from mid May to June to fix it. They did not. I didn't have service for almost a month when istopped Autopay in June and announced suspension of my account because I wasn't getting service. Customer service has been despicable since then. I submitted dozens of attachment proofs to customer service and customer service refused to acknowledge any of evidence taken from May to July. They insisted I owed them money for May-July I notified the company that they have voided the contract and I asked for my phone to be unlocked. Ihaven't had phone service since May, I NEED to find a legitimate phone carrier. T-Mobile has continued to charge me for June and July despite not having Magenta Max for over 2 monthes. I haven't had unlimited data or cell service since May and they cut off my amenities in June. They continue to charge me 2 and a half months since I last had service Customer service says the charges are valid on my voided contract and refuse to unlock my phone. Anyone have success getting all their evidence of T-Mobile fraud recognized and having your illegitimate charges taken off? How have you dealt with T-Mobile holding your property hostage and shaking you down stealing from you?44Visto0likes1ComentarioLlamadas internacionales
CHANGE T MOBILE ! My wife and I went to Greece last year and I couldn't make it receive any calls even while having the "international pass" . We are now in the Bahamas and again we cannot make it receive calls. Attached are the pictures of proof that this is an issue and they will still charge you every penny . Horrible customer service. If you have a job that requires having access to your phone at all times T Mobile IS NOT FOR YOU . Trust me !220Visto0likes6Comentariosis T-Mobile actually going to honor what what their customer service reps told me they were going to do
After a linky battle with customer service trying to get enter in my financial information to pay bill I was finally directed to the customer service $10 side cut their app wasn't recognizing The voice Bank numbers or the pinpad bank numbers so I politely refuse to pay their $10 service fee because their app is broken and had to get into a nice but lengthy discussion on why I should have to pay for their faulty billing for unreliable billing process needless to say they credited me they credited me the 10 bucks so I give him my b banking info that I couldn't input on their nonpay line to restore my service at a cost of about 20 bucks more than my bill why is my phone still restricted is your customer support staff that I get through from your billing app able to unrestrict my phone were they lying to me should I be worried about identity theft you tell me she waffled pretty quickly when I asked her for some other way to identify who I was speaking to besides just Annette on the $10 fee that you were charging or maybe she just made a mistake and didn't reinstate me whatever it is I want it fixed I found my old phone so I can just go and deal with my old company and you'll just be left with another bad review another angry warmer customer another complaint to the better Business bureau and accusations of fraud and if I can manage it or reverse charge from my bank I don't need the 8 hours of aggravation because Walmart doesn't know where to send people to pay with cash don't think I could have found a simpler question that the people selling your products and plans have no clue aboutand apparently your customer support ths are going to sneak in that $10 payment next month and I'm what not going to notice? That charge of $10 needs to be removed my phone needs to be turned back on completely the way it was and I should be credited well at least one day for the time I lost because your customer support failed to liftthe restrictions as promised or I'll put your phone in my dresser drawer and go elsewhere64Visto0likes0ComentariosFormer Sprint Customers: File a Complaint with the FCC
My phone service noticeably degraded after being forced to switch my Sprint SIM cards for T-Mobile SIM cards in June of 2022. T-Mobile refuses to address the issue and lies about their network's failure to provide efficient service to former Sprint customers. I strong encourage everyone who was a former Sprint customer and who switched to the T-Mobile SIM cards and who are having problems with the network to file a complaint with the FCC and the Better Business Bureau. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against T-Mobile. But the only way to achieve that is if people file complaints. People should not have to pay for service they are not receiving. And the FCC can't accept their lies if people are filing complaints enmasse. Below is the link to file a complaint: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=39744441Visto2likes1ComentarioClass Action Suit
I know there is a lot of claims here. I am being scammed as well and our business is paying due to the false service coverage, reimbursement/buy out promises, delays, erroneous fees, lies of tower outages etc. Has anyone initiated or brought forth a lawsuit agains T-Mobile USA, Inc.?223Visto0likes6Comentarios
