home internet service gateway
22 TopicsT mobile mesh access points
I connected all my T-Mobile access mesh points into the T-Mobile 5G gateway router with an ethernet cable until all points communicated (turned solid green). I unplugged the ethernet cable and scattered mesh points throughout house, plugged them into power source and all mesh points turned solid green again to indicate communication with the gateway, I assume, but on the T-Mobile Life app I do not see that the mesh points are connected or communicating with the gateway? How do I get the mesh points showing up on the T-Mobile app gateway graphic as connected and show signal strength? Gracias36Visto0likes0ComentariosInternet is connected but there is no gateway?
I am trying to set up a separate network on my home internet. The baby monitor we have needs to operate on 2.4Ghz. I am on the T-Life app and it when I go to Manage Internet, it asks if my gateway is set up. I said yes and it takes me to the screen telling me to reconnect. I go to the Wifi Settings on my phone, log out, log back in and go back to the app. And there's no changes. I can't go past this screen. I put in my IP address to log in as an administrator and it took me ot the T-Mobile Gateway Home and this is what it is showing me So I decided to select Set Up My Gateway, completed everything and it took me right back to the T-Mobile Internet page on the app where it wants me to connect to the Wi-Fi even though I am already connected. Very confused as to what is wrong and what I'm doing wrong here.33Visto0likes0ComentariosMultiple Network IDs
I've had TMobile's Wireless Home Internet for close to 3 years. It works well but the Mobile Home Internet Management apps are deficient: T-Mobile, T-Mobile Internet, T-Life, and T-Mobile.com restrict many functionalities that should be available to home internet technical users. You allow us to create multiple network id's on our T-Mobile Wireless Home Gateways. I have 3 defined on my KVD21 JT2DBE659. However you DO NOT allow us to view WHICH devices are connected to WHICH network id. Why Not ??? We've been asking for this for years. Some of us isolate device functionality in our networks by creating multiple networks thus maintaining ease of troubleshooting and security management. This works great, but when you CANNOT see which devices are connected to which network id. - that just SUCKS. Weh are you going to get this operational? What does it take to get someone on the management team with a brain to document this and have it placed on the functionality development list for developmentand implementation? Other Router manufacturers have this built right into their products - why can't you get this moving ????53Visto0likes1ComentarioHome internet return?
I have requested multiple times for this to be cancelled and removed from my bill. The people at 611 told me it would not be terminated until I take the modem to a store to turn it in. I have been to 3 of my local stores and they refuse to accept the modem. Telling me I need to mail it back in the return box they send me. They refuse to send me a box to ship it back. Please help me out of this contract before I have to cancel my t-mobile all together.26Visto0likes0ComentariosUpgrades available for 5G gateway
