After spending 4+ hours on the phone with customer care, and in-store, today trying to get Dual eSIM's setup on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I left the store with one eSIM and one physical SIM on my new device. I need help and direction on how to get multiple eSIM's from T-Mobile setup on my device. I currently have two T-Mobile accounts - one personal, one business. I've previously used them in Dual SIM setup, one physical SIM & one eSIM - as described above, on my iPhone 12 Pro. Every time I've needed to re-setup the single eSIM for that device, the store always struggled to know what to do and how to get me setup with a single eSIM. Now that the iPhone 13 Series supports Dual eSIM use, I'd like to get setup this way.The device was ordered from Apple to activate T-Mobile's network, and the eSIM for my personal line came pre-configured upon the arrival of the device. However, when using the "Change SIM" option in "My Account" for my business line, as well as the store attempting to update from their end, the system gives an error stating "Looks like that eSIM number is already set up." after inputting the EID from the iPhone 13 Pro Max. "My Account" has no option to input any other information from the device that may link the 2nd eSIM back to the network, and the in-store employee said the same, or didn't understand how to set it up on their systems. I need precise direction on how I can get both eSIM Profiles for the two T-Mobile accounts installed/downloaded to the new phone. I have an apple iphone 12 pro max which is currently under the iphone upgrade program. I am not the primary account holder but I do have full access to the account. I am trying to upgrade my phone to be picked up at the apple store using my credit card and all my information, as I have done in previous years when I was using Verizon. I did not have any problems with it before but this is my first year with Tmobile and I don't want to go to the store just to have them tell me I can't pick up my phone. The primary account holder is my father but he cannot pick it up or come with me to pick it up. I am an adult and have been paying for my own phones for years. I am trying to place my order for pick up using the Apple Store app, but it will not let me put my name as the pickup contact. It shows my father's name and underneath that, it says that the phone "can be picked up by the primary account holder or by a person authorized by the account holder." It says to "contact your carrier to verify authorized users." What is the difference between authorized user and full access? In short, can I pick up my new iphone at the apple store without the primary account holder if I have full access and I am paying with my own credit card? T-Mobile iPhone back order SUCKS! I am highly upset with T-Mobile. My iPhone shipping date keeps getting pushed back. First it said expected shipping on 11/28 then 12/2 then 12/6It's still hasn't shipped. I've also been charged for this phone even though it hasn't been shipped!! This is ridiculous! Please save yourself the stress and do not order the iPhone 13 Pro Max on back order. Hitting the one month mark and T-Mobile still unable to get my cellularservice to work. The network info. appears on the phone but no bars/no service to this phone. I am a T-Mobile customer since April 2021, switched from Sprint. Strange is my sim will only work on my current iPhone XR and will not work on any other phone such as iPhone 13 mini or my new 13 Pro Max. Even stranger when I put at least fiver other peoples sim in the new 13 Pro Max cellular service appears. What is going on with my phone number? T-Mobile has tried to activate the eSIM and still no luck. I have spoken to several T-Mobile Techs and Engineers and no one has resolved the issue.
