Yesterday, I talked to 611 so I could add a, "Proxy By Digits" line and it will use the digits app. I've read everything about it and it says it can be added to any postpaid account and 611 verified that. She processed the order which can take up to 24 hours to setup. What I don't understand is, she had to have my debit card to process this order even though it's free to every postpaid account. The rep at 611 said she will call me back later to see if it's been added to the digits app and it was not when she called. She said she will call back in 24 hours which was 2 hours ago. Hopefully she will call back. I ended up taking to T-Force and she did the same exact thing as 611 did so two orders were placed. It's been over 24 hours. I'm using a iPhone 13 Pro Max unlocked with ESIM 1 with Xfinity Mobile and eSIM 2 with T-Mobile. Has anyone went thru this process and if so, what did you have to do? The built-inVPN has randomly started tweaking on my iPhone 13 pro max. It switches from on to off repeatedly and it is affecting the Wi-Fi connection and connection via data. Hitting the one month mark and T-Mobile still unable to get my cellularservice to work. The network info. appears on the phone but no bars/no service to this phone. I am a T-Mobile customer since April 2021, switched from Sprint. Strange is my sim will only work on my current iPhone XR and will not work on any other phone such as iPhone 13 mini or my new 13 Pro Max. Even stranger when I put at least fiver other peoples sim in the new 13 Pro Max cellular service appears. What is going on with my phone number? T-Mobile has tried to activate the eSIM and still no luck. I have spoken to several T-Mobile Techs and Engineers and no one has resolved the issue. Still receive 2021 Apple Trade P3 credits after using 2022 iPhone 14 trade-in deal?
Hello, Last year I used the 2021 Apple Retail Trade P3 promotion to receive 24 bill credits when trading in my iPhone - I am still 'owed' 12 of those credits now, and would like to use this year's promotion to trade in my phone and get the iPhone 14. Will the new 2022 bill credits stack with the 2021 credits for the next year, or will I lose the 2021 promotion credits once I take the new promo? I have an apple iphone 12 pro max which is currently under the iphone upgrade program. I am not the primary account holder but I do have full access to the account. I am trying to upgrade my phone to be picked up at the apple store using my credit card and all my information, as I have done in previous years when I was using Verizon. I did not have any problems with it before but this is my first year with Tmobile and I don't want to go to the store just to have them tell me I can't pick up my phone. The primary account holder is my father but he cannot pick it up or come with me to pick it up. I am an adult and have been paying for my own phones for years. I am trying to place my order for pick up using the Apple Store app, but it will not let me put my name as the pickup contact. It shows my father's name and underneath that, it says that the phone "can be picked up by the primary account holder or by a person authorized by the account holder." It says to "contact your carrier to verify authorized users." What is the difference between authorized user and full access? In short, can I pick up my new iphone at the apple store without the primary account holder if I have full access and I am paying with my own credit card?
