Hello to All: Recently switched over to a iPhone 15 pro max and for some reason my voicemail that was being routed to Google Voice is not working anymore. It's now routed to the regular carrier voicemail system. How do I switch it back and ensure that I can have all the functionallityworking where unanswered, busy, unavailable, etc.. goes to my Google Voice System. Someone mentioned to me about T-Mobile has aConditional call forwarding (ccf) and I would need help on this but the iPhone 15 also has a live voicemail build into the phone. My current iOS on my Phone is version 17.1 Hoping for some guidance on this as the Google Voice was very convienient. I'm trying to go live on TikTok, but I keep getting a bad signal error. Is there a shield or some other protection within T-Mobile that is blocking my access to TikTok? My employer doesn't allow TikTok on their Wi-Fi, so I'm using my 5G cellular data. Is this a government regulation to limit access to TikTok, or is it a technical issue? Please advise. for access on any and everything online, platforms ect.. why does this 15 pro max NEED wifi? I have been ATT customer at the same address for 15+ years. Last month changed to T-Mobile with brand new iphone 15 pro and having many technical issues. once a day its either a call drop, not able to hear other party or call not going through at all. Recently, a new technical issue popped up. When receiving call, I swipe to accept. I can not hear other side, so when I check screen, the call timer remains on 00:00!! The person left a VM and that arrived NEXT Day full 24hr later. It was a highly important call and I am SO FRUSTRADED. We switched from Verizon to T-Mobile on October 4, 2023 in Richmond, Indiana. The store did not have the iPhone that we wanted in stock. T-Mobile shipped the phone to my house and requested I ship my phone to their facility. I printed the tracking number that was provided by T-mobile and shipped my old phone to the facility. The tracking number indicates that the phone was received by their facility. T-Mobile has failed to credit my account thus voiding the promotion we signed up under and charging us over $800. I have tried to connect with Tmobile numerous times over the phone and in the store and no solution has ever been provided. T-Mobile fails to provide anything in writing indicating they will honor the promotion we signed up under and still showing an outstanding balance. Hello T-Mobile and Community! I have an interesting story. I ordered my iPhone 15 ProMax - White from T-mobile on Launch Day (9/15/23 @ 10:30 AM) on my Account. I am still waiting and it says it should be shipped by October 3rd. My wife ordered the SAME EXACT phone the next day (9/16/23 @ 11:30 PM)on her account. She did order a regular sized Proon launch day and then decided she wanted the bigger one, so she reordered the next day. It initially said November delivery. She got her phone on drop day (9/22/23), and I have no updates on my phone. I called T-mobile, and they were like, yeah - no clue, sorry. Same shipping address and everything. It is so frustrating that T-mobile and their system would not fulfill orders in the proper sequence.
