3 TopicsMessages with domain name links are being blocked (incoming and outgoing): How to fix?
I have a T-mobile account under the plan: ONE Plan Military Business I own a small business and own many domains, including: gardeningbees.com ncgardening.com serverscience.com I am presently not sending out any automated messages. I send only messages manually using the default messaging app on phones with the numbers above to friends, family members, and a very few people who have asked me to share gardening information with them. And, the volume is exceedingly low: at most less than 10 messages per day. Those messages are being blocked whenever I include any of the above domain names as part of the text (with or without https://). There is no spam associated with my messages. Mostly, it is to share gardening information that people have asked that I share with them. I am a Master Gardener Volunteer in training in Wake County, North Carolina, and will be answering community questions and sometimes will need to follow up when a person asks me a gardening question that I cannot immediately answer. I'm doing that already, but not as a Master Gardener (until I complete my training) and am answering community questions on my own. I talked on the phone with T-mobile, but nobody could figure out why this is happening. Is the problem because I have a business account with T-mobile? More importantly, can you fix or advise me to to get this issue resolved? Many thanks for anything you can suggest or do to help!499Visto0likes2ComentariosPublic access to personal video link?
Hello everyone, a few days ago my mother sent me a large file video. When the video was sent to me, it was sent as a link and not just a video. I am unable to do anything with the video other than view/play it, I can't even download it. The main issue I am having is that the link says, "Large file available, click to Download/Play. This link will be publicly accessible by anyone for the next 3days." I am concerned about the "publicly accessible" part. I would like to point out that she has a Google Pixel and I have an iPhone 14. It was sent through RCS. It was NOT sent as a Google photo link, I tested that out and it looked different then this link. This link says it is a T-Mobile created link and not a Google photo link. Has this happened to anyone? Is the video truly publicly accessible or would someone need to have access to the link technically to view it? Please help!!163Visto0likes0ComentariosIs T-Mobile blocking links via SMS? If so, why and how can I add permissions? (E.g., Mavely and Amzn.to links specifically.)
When I try to share good deals and savings links to my friends or family via text, the links from Mavely (mavely.app.link) and Amazon Associate shortened (amzn.to)links are being blocked. The links are not received by iPhone and Android users from testing. The only workaround solution I have is to send the links in Snapchat or WhatsApp. Note: I am using an S20+ device with Google Messages as my primary app. I just used Samsung Messages (stock app) and the link still is not received by the end user. Also, I deleted Spam Shield to see if that for some reason was the issue, which it clearly is not. WHAT GIVES?!91Visto0likes0Comentarios
