Ok here's what is going on... I have pretty good signal almost full 5g bars most of the time down to where it drops to 4g lte at full bars. From time to time every couple hours I lose connection to the network where I can't text no apps work etc but usually I can still make calls just fine while this is happening. It only lasts 1-2 minutes sometimes or it may be out 15-20 then all of the sudden it's back to normal like nothing ever happened. It may go right back out again in 2 minutes or it may not happen for hours. Also it only happens on my new galaxy a32 not on our old galaxy j7 or prime whatever it was or on the older LG phone both of which are still being used on this account and same house at same time but they have no issues with connection ever. They aren't 5g either so I figure 5g has something to do with it. It just really gets old when you can't finish a conversation or get directions because internet/network connection just stopped. What can I do? All my connection settings are set how tmobile and other people have said they should be. I don't have Wi-Fi so I'm set to always use mobile data. What now? Or will I just have to suffer through. It's prob just some tmobile network problem that's with the new 5g. I guess that's what I get buying a new phone. ¿Tienes alguna idea?88KViews22likes79ComentariosCellular data not working in Chicago area.
My cellular data (iPhone14 pro)has been going in and out and if it's even working it's extremely slow. A speed test hit a high of 20mps. My phone will show full 5Guc butnot load and and disconnect from the internet. It will switchbetween 5Guc, 5G, LTE, E, and SOS mode.Using WiFi there are zero issues. Ialso was ona Sprint plan and upgraded to a tmobile plan for "premium data". It's been this way overa month now in the Chicago area. Anyone else having these issues?92Visto1like2Comentarios5G and LTE Drops Intermittently
I have a Samsung Galaxy 24+, and before that 23+. I'm experiencing both 5G and LTE drop simultaneously and intermittently, even though my location has not changed. What I'm left with is a full 5 bar cell signal (2G?) that can't send/receive TEXT messages! It's a mystery as to why this is happening but if I wait a bit of time it self corrects. The end result is that I'm unable to reliably receive or send text messages - depending on whether this issue is happening. Given how often sites are now wanting to leverage two-factor identification this is a problem! Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I found the following URL which describes the bandwidth used by 4G LTE. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/coverage/t-mobile-network Frequencies that can provide LTE: Band 2 (1900 MHz) Band 5 (850 MHz) Band 4 (1700/2100 MHz) Band 66 (Extension of band 4 on 1700/2100 MHz). For LTE-M (CAT-M1), which bandwidth will be used? Gracias.1.3KViews0likes4ComentariosIs the problem my old or t-mobile network?
Hello! I currently have an iPhone SE 2020 and use T-Mobile connect with 6 GB of data. I normally don't use all 6. Occasionally while driving or trying to use the internet, my internet stops completely. I may have full bars and LTE showing it is on, but I can't use my phone for anything including sending texts. I live in Iowa City, Iowa, which is a pretty populated area and should have 99.9% coverage at least according to the map. The biggest issue is when I am driving and need to use GPS. I have gotten lost in new areas at night because of this. Meanwhile my work phone (iPhone 12 with Verizon) is able to connect just fine as long as I have it on me. If I don't have it on me, I am unable to find directions, contact family or friends to tell them where I am, or use the internet to search for help. Is the problem my old phone or lack of coverage? If it's coverage, I am switching to Verizon despite T-Mobile claiming I have coverage everywhere including these dead spot areas. Please let me know what I can do. I am upgrading my phone to an iPhone 11 Pro soon and need to know if I need to switch to another Network.I have been very happy with T-Mobile otherwise, especially the low price for prepaid data. I have been having a HORRIBLE time keeping signal, my connection isn't always available, and my battery seems to drain super quick. I got a new Pixel 6, and thought maybe it was the phone, but didn't have that issue when I was with a carrier that used tmobile's lines, so I thought it was odd. I switched over to LTE and my connection is so so so much faster. Fast, like it used to be. I'm sticking with LTE. Besides every time I looked at my phone it would toggle 5G /UC, over and over. I'm sure that was draining my battery. Quick fix for a horrible problem. I almost switched carriers241Visto1like2ComentariosDaily (Random) SEVERE Slowdowns
