$5 with TMobile Money
I'm just curious. I have 5 lines on Magenta and been getting $25 discount ($5 per line) each month. If I enroll with T-Mobile Money, it says I can get $5 discount "per eligible line". My questions are: 1) What is an eligible line? 2) Will I get another $5 discount on top of the discount I'm already getting?
Refund of T-mobile money account balance
I had a T-mobile money account that was closed in 2015 and I never received a refund of my balance. I have contacted customer support several time over the years and they have not been able to help me. They are unable to locate my closed account. Can you refer me to someone who can help me? Gracias.
Good news for those needing Plaid to work with TMO MONEY!
For those who aren't yet aware, I'm happy to say Plaid has finally added TMO MONEY to their platform. Not sure about you, but I'm very happy about this news! Itried it again by chance yesterday, and everything worked as it should! Cant access T-Mobile Money - Request Blocked
Can't login to T-mobile Money no matter what I try. After entering user, password and sms code; it always gets me to the same page "This request is blocked" and below it, a long alphanumeric string. View screenshot here I have tried everything, different computers, different browsers, clear cache, clear cookies, disabled any adblocker, different ISP, using VPN Nothing seems to work. I have called T-mobile Money support but they haven't been able to help me whatsoever and I believe that they don't know either what is causing it. The tab name changes to "Microsoft" which I believe tells me that the authentication server is Azure or something Microsoft related. Maybe the issue is with the server. But looks like the problem is only with me and any user that's on my account. I can access it through the app, but my parents can't access on the app nor the browser I saw an old thread here where someone told the OP to contact customer service and tell them about internal document DOC-444527. I tried that but they told me that document doesn't exist anymore. Any help would be appreciated
