Hello, I am unable to add a new lineto my Magenta MAX Military account. I am able to choose to bring my own device and choose to add a new SIM card, but when I get to the part about choosing to add it to my T-Mobile account, it will not let me progress any further. I have tried different browsers, on mobile and PC as well as rebooting my browser.I've even tried different times of day, just incase T-Mobile was experiencing network congestion. Nothing has worked. This has been going on for two days. Edit: I just tried clearing my browser cache, that did not work either. Just adding a bit more information. I tried adding it through the account page. I've had a Tmobile prepaid number for YEARS and when I went to activate the eSIM feature it never asked to import an existing line nor link an account. I followed the set up as it indicated on the app and it gave me a new number and plan. I've been trying to port my existing number to this new plan since I have credits on that account but to no avail.I am currently traveling so calling is imposible for me. I need to reactivate my line outside of a 'payment cycle'. I can'twait a week for the line to be reactivated. credit card payment has been made. So funds are available.
