I am trying to purchase a phone upgrade and have added my selection to my cart. At checkout I get the message "We couldn't process your payment" as shown in the attached photo. This is a confirmed issue with T-Mobile. I have made purchases with this card just prior to and after making the purchase attempt from T-Mobile.Attempts by both web and via the app give the same message My card has no holds, denied charges, and over 20k in available credit. All confirmed by calling my Capital One Venture X card support Capital One showed that an attempt was made by T-Mobile for $0 though the due amount shown at checkout is $120. Clearly a disconnect between the checkout page and the charge requested by T-Mobile Yes, I can use a different card though the Venture X offers Phone insurance if the phones are purchased with it. Also, in looking at posts from a year ago similar issues were reported with different cards. I called T-mobile support and they offered to try to process with a representative, however that would cancel some of the benefits of purchasing online as promoted by T-Mobile. example - $35 fee cancelation per phone upgraded and the way the phone credit is distributed to be applied completely to the upgraded phone cost.93Visto0likes0ComentariosBank completed payment for equipment plan but T-mobile is not showing new amount nor activity.
I paid off rest of my phone, an amount of 112, the bank processed and completed the amount but on T-mobile it is saying I still owe the amount and does not show I have paid it off in the activity feed. It's been 2 days. It says my phone is still locked even though I paid this. I paid the general bill at the same time and it is showing that in the activity. I didtwo activitiesat the same hour and it is not showing the second one.Solved1.3KViews0likes10ComentariosPaying off BOGO
Hi, I am wondering if anyone would know an answer to my question. I spoke with 5 different mobile employees over chat and 3 over the phone and received different answers. Seems like they have no idea. We purchased 2 phones with their BOGO special about a year ago. One device is being paid off every month, the other is receiving monthly bill credits. We are looking into getting new phones directly with Samsung and would love trade ours in. We want to pay off the phones. So we know that the one that is being paid monthly by us, can be paid off right away and will not affect the "free" device. We, however, would like to trade in the "free" phone as well and we spoke to mobile about this and received different answers. I understand the phone is locked and still have remaining balance (supposed to be 24 months so until November). BTW, it is weird they say it is locked even though I can put any sim card in it (including one from Europe) and it works just fine. Anyway, we asked about paying that phone off as well. Some representatives said we can and that the monthly bill credits will be applied towards the monthly bill - every month. Some, however, said it is not possible and if we pay it off, we lose the promotion benefits. Has anyone dealt with this before and would know the answer? I am getting frustrated by everyone telling me something else and claiming that's the right information.3KViews0likes9ComentariosSwitch and Save - Debit Card
Recently switched from Verizon to Tmobile. 5 total lines. We are waiting for the validation side of the Keep and Switch program. My question is - will the virtual pre-paid card only be used to pay back Verizon? or can I use it anywhere? so for example - Verizon charges me for the devices, they take the funds out of my account, I use the pre-paid Mastercards anywhere I like. Or do I have to use the prepaid card and contact Verizon to pay?93Visto0likes1ComentarioWhy T-Mobile still charged me after i paid payment arrangement before its due ?
Hi ! So, I setup a payment arrangement and then I paid the first, half before the due date and TMOBILE still charged me ? Does the company not understand that people are living paycheck-to-paycheck. Life happens ! Having a phone is mandatory in today's world because every service demands it ? ANYWAYS!!! I did call customer service and the repsaid " it's best not to make partial payments /pay anything , if you set up a payment plan because the system will not cancel it. " And THEY DID NOT REFUND ME EITHER FOR THE DOUBLE CHARGE. They just applied it to what I owed. Mad slick . Then also, Even tho I put a block on TMOBILE they still somehow got around and finesse their way to double charge me. I remember when , any payment made would cancel a payment arrangement.282Visto0likes0ComentariosI give up, going to spend more at AT&T
I give up. I've spent many hours over many days trying to set up an T-Mobile account online and over the phone, it can't be done. If a PHONE company can't set up an account over the PHONE, without making the customer GO TO A STORE, then I can't work with this company. They keep saying the credit card was declined, another card also declined. You have to go to a store. I called my credit card company and there are no holds and nothing wrong and that T-mobile has NOT SENT ANY CHARGES! There is NOTHING TO DECLINE! Like so many others have experienced, the T-mobile payment system is broken again. I'm done. Yes, moderators, I know this has never happened to you, but somehow the Twitter experts can fix it. Right.82Visto0likes2ComentariosNot going to a store, going to call AT&T
I am not going to a store, I am going to call AT&T and pay more for an account system that works. If a PHONE company can't set up an account over the PHONE, without making the customer GO TO A STORE, then I can't work with this company. They keep saying the credit card was declined, a debit card also declined. You have to go to a store. I called my credit card company and there are no holds and nothing wrong and that T-mobile has NOT SENT ANY CHARGES! There is NOTHING TO DECLINE! Like so many others have experienced, the T-mobile payment system is broken again.55Visto0likes1Comentario
