7 Topicsauto pay problem
Customer since 1998, VoiceStream days. I have had auto pay for years. Iupdated a credit card number a few months ago as I have done beforeand no problems until now. I got a text message from T-Mobile a couple of days ago saying my auto pay could not be processed but it referenced my old credit card number which I had updated months ago. My auto pay did not go through on 9/9 and I had to manually process it. I hope I don't get charged a fee.If i was to go in to update the card number I would not have anything to change since the correct number is already on my account.Frustrating.1.2KViews0likes2ComentariosT-Mobile Prepaid esim APP - payment from Europe
Hi I would like to buy a prepaid eSIM card for my travel to the US, but I am living in Europe (Czech Republic) and when I get to the payment step in the mobile app and enter my credit card number, it just says "invalid card number". I am 100% sure the number is correct, the payment card is valid and activated. Is it some kind of a bug or is it not designated for Europe customers? I haven't found Czech Republic in the countries listed in the payment step.Solved770Visto0likes3ComentariosT-Mobile not crediting me with service after paymnet made
I have pre-paid service and before it expired, paid for another monthly service and while the paymentis sitting in my account, they have not applied it to my phone so the number doesn't work. The staff/repson text tell me to call an 877 number but since they have not credited me the payment, I cannot call out nor receive calls in. What the heck kind of service is this? How have you been able to reach out to T-Mobile to get the money you have paid applied to your accounts without having the ability to call them. I am overseas so cannot walk into a T-Mobile. Nor can I call as I explained.55Visto0likes2Comentarios
