As the title says, we have theONE Plan Unlimited 55 plan and we're headed to the Philippines. I have a couple of questions: We still get unlimited SMS and data, right? ¿Hay restricciones? How does voice calling work? Do I understand correctly that it's free unlimited calling back to the U.S. if I use WiFi calling? Otherwise, it's $0.25/minute? How about if I call to a number in the Philippines and elsewhere? Are the add-on international plans to enhance data speeds and data amounts only? Are there benefits for SMS and/or voice calling?Solved4KViews0likes11ComentariosI can't all out from Philippines on the Magenta plan
I've been trying to make calls using my T-Mobile number from the Philippines under the Magenta plan. I've do so successfully in another country before coming here but since here I only get a message saying my call can't be completed. Then, a message flashes at the bottom of the screen that says 'Conditional Call Forwarding Active'. No matter what fixed I've tried, I can't get the calls to dial out. My sim shows that I am connected to Globe Telecom while here so I assume that's who T-Mobile uses for me to use as a carrier while here. My text function works perfectly and I can send and receive texts back to the USA with no problem. I can also make local calls here in the Philippines with my T-Mobile number, I just can't dial back to the USA. If anyone knows what causes this 'Conditional Call Forwarding Active' message to pop up and if that's the root of the problem with me calling back to the USA, please advise, thank you.422Visto0likes4ComentariosUsing my phone in the Philippines
I'm on the Magenta Max 55 plan and will be traveling to the Philippines later this month. I see a lot of confusing and contradictory information about costs and coverage while I'm there. In some places TMobile says the Philippines aren't covered, in some places it says it is. Will there be fees for voice, text or data while in the Philippines? Are there limits on voice, text or data? Will buying an International Pass make any difference? And if you can point me to where I can find these questions answered clearly I'd really appreciate it. Thank you. -Brian28KViews1like7Comentarioscall center outsourcing is a mockery of customers
