poor coverage

I have been with T-Mobile since the mid of 2017. I have started using a signal booster from mid of 2018. My device is Iphone 8 plus which supports 4G LTE with ease. Lately, the signal strength is poor. I see at most 2 bars on my phone if i'm lucky and usually it's just 1 bar.37Visto0likes0Comentariosis it possible to report slow speeds?
For the past 2 months I've been dealing with download speeds of zero to 5mbs during weekdays Mon-Fri. If I have anything above 2mbs, I can get a cell signal to report problems. Today it is 1.4 mbs and no cell service even with wifi assist. I can only make SOS calls, otherwise I see "dead zone". I can't chat with support as I don't have enough bandwidth. Even right now it took 3 min just to load and log into this page. Ive tried reporting poor service once I can get back to 4mbs but they just tell me all is good on their end and it's congestion. Anyone have an email address that I can use to report very poor speeds? Or does TMobile not even care that on Mon-Fri from 8am to 6pm, when I need it most,my phone and TMHI is extremely poor, unstableand unpredictable.75Visto0likes0ComentariosNetwork has become unusable, and no one will help...
I used to have an amazing experience with 200MB or better download speeds over the last couple of years on T-Mobile in my NYC apartment. As an employee and ex-employee I have continued to promote T-Mobile to my friends and family. A couple of months ago, something changed. I show 5 bars of 5G and 5 bars of 4G service back and forth, but there arepractically zero services. The internet if I can even get it to register with a speed test, is 1 MB download speed at best - It's unusable, and phone calls connect, but the other party can't hear most of what I'm saying most of the time. This is on multiple lines on my account in my location and on my wife's phone on her own account also at this location. The issue is all around my neighborhood - approximately a2-3 block radius in every direction. Even my brother has these issues when he comes to visit. Something has changed on the network - not sure if it's 2 towers competing or what… Multiple calls to care and they keep troubleshooting my phone and sending resets to it. They're not listening to me when I tell them it's multiple lines on multiple accounts. They asked me to factory reset my phone (more than once) and like an idiot, I complied with these requests. Considering it's on multiple lines, and only an issue at my home leads me to the conclusion that it is NOT an issue with my Galaxy S22 Ultra, or my wifes iPhone 12+, or my LG V60+ or my brothers Pixel 7, or my Galaxy Watch 5 (with plan). Still, every call ends up with the same troubleshooting. They asked me if I have wifi and if I can connect to it. I said yes - my wifi works great. WiFi calling does NOT work any better though. And, I pay for phone service with high-speed data so I don't have to use my home WiFi. Still, I tried but no dice with making calls over WiFi calling. I finally grudgingly threatened to port out, and they instantly put me in touch with the next level of tech support. After an hour of rehashing everything, they opened up 2 network tickets. One for me, one for my wife. I haven't heard a peep from anyone, and the service is still unusable. So, what are my next steps? It's not just my home, so others must have complained in this area.606Visto0likes5ComentariosWill a signal booster keep me connected to a single tower
I'm curious about using a cell booster, but a bit of background on my situation. I have a couple towers near me, which are tower 1 west-northwest and tower 2 north. Tower 1 is a little bit closer and my home tower. When I'm connected to this tower, I have a good connection and good speeds. However, I frequently get bounced to tower 2 and the upload speed is basically non-existent (0.4 - 0.7Mbps) and unusable. I see this behavior across my phone and home internet, although the phone occasionally gets a couple Mbps. I've reported the issue to tmobile countless times without a resolution. So, my question is if I hook up a cell booster and pull the signal from tower 1, will the boosted signal prevent my devices from hoping back over to tower 2?134Visto1like2Comentarios
