Judging from some of the posts I've read here and else were it seems my experiencehas played out with several other upset T-mobile customers as well. I subscribed to the Paramount Plus deal a couple of days ago only to be sent an email confirmation from Paramount with the following conflictingverbage: "Your payment method will be billed $4.99 on a recurring basis when your trial expires on Jan 2, 2022. Charges will apply if you do not cancel before Jan 2, 2022 except if you have a discount that covers the entire cost of a subscription, then you must cancel before the expiration of that discount to avoid charges. Taxes applicable in certain states. *Coupon: 100% off for 12 months has been applied. For your updated billing amount and trial ending date, please visit your account page." So, of course, at first glance it literally gives me less than a week to cancel or my credit card will be billed. Not even the standard (non T-mobile) 30 day Paramount free trial. Anyways, so the bottom of the email says a coupon for 12 months free has been applied and that my Paramount Plus account page will reflect that. Great awesome, right?! I should be all set….Nope. On my Paramount account page it still statedthe same thing;that if I do not cancel before Jan 2, 2022 my credit card will be billed. So, I did the only thing that makes sense in order to avoid having my credit card charged for this shadycrap, canceled my subscriptionand tried to re-apply for the promotion after speaking with Paramount Plus support about my issue. No such luck, they said to contact T-Mobile so they can give me a new coupon code. That's where I sit now - waiting for a proper answer from T-Mobile instead of vague voicemails stating my issue is resolved when it isn't. They have yet to provide me a new coupon code when I have read else where others were given one to re-apply.I have been with T-mobile for over 15 years and this is the first time their customer service has really disappointed me and made me think twice of staying with them anymore.2.8KViews5likes11ComentariosParamount+ on Us Upgrades?
I registered for Paramount+ through the link provided by T-Mobile. Everything seemed great. After reading about the limits of Paramount+ Essentials I decided to pay for an upgrade to Premium. But the amount I was billed didn't give me any discount at all from T-Mobile. Is that correct? I know it only allows for free Essentials, but I presumed it would be similar to Netflix, where we still get a discount off of the Premium Tier. If it is correct, is that a Paramount restriction or a T-Mobile restriction?2.6KViews4likes5ComentariosStill receive 2021 Apple Trade P3 credits after using 2022 iPhone 14 trade-in deal?
Hello, Last year I used the 2021 Apple Retail Trade P3 promotion to receive 24 bill credits when trading in my iPhone - I am still 'owed' 12 of those credits now, and would like to use this year's promotion to trade in my phone and get the iPhone 14. Will the new 2022 bill credits stack with the 2021 credits for the next year, or will I lose the 2021 promotion credits once I take the new promo? Gracias.Solved6.9KViews4likes11ComentariosCannot get paramount plus promotion code
Has anyone found a solution to get the promotion code to generate at https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ParamountPlus?? I typed in my T-Mobile phone number but nothing happens when I click "Continue", like literally the only thing that happens is my number disappears. The other site I've been directed to is https://promotions.t-mobile.com/rebates. But that promotion code is required.11KViews3likes19ComentariosAdding additional line to grandfathered Simple Choice Plan
I have beena tmobile customer for over 8+ years. Beware all customers trying to add a current promotional line to their grandfathered Simple Choice Plan! Tmobile said my line qualified and it would be $10/month to add the line and includesa new phone with some promotional discounts off the phone price itself which comes back as monthly credits for 2 years (a pretty typical tmobile promo). They said over and over there is no additional cost and do not worry my data plan will match the base Simple Choice account, which is data unlimited for all lines. After activation, I found that there was no data plan with the new line. After many days/weeks of complaining to Tmobile and talking to many of their "expert help" and as well as visiting a physical store, they just said the line isworking perfectly and exactly as expected, sothe best they can do because im on a discontinued Simple Choice Plan, they can only add free 3G data to the 1 line… Or I can add an upgrade data plan to just this 1 line for an additional $15 or $30 per month depending on the amount of 5G data I want. So bottom line is BUYER BEWARE when adding another line to your Simple Choice Plan, Tmobile will trick and lie to you so they can actually charge you more $$ for your additional line! I tried to return everything but since Tmobile took so long in figuring all this BS out, it was beyond the 14 day buyers remorse return period…4.8KViews2likes2ComentariosCancel Tmobile service
I am in the process of canceling my Tmobile service. I am tired of being promised discounts and services that never happen. I call and talk to someoneand nothing ever happens. The support in the Philippines is like a broken record of promising excellent service and failing to deliver. It appears since John stepped down as the CEO of Tmobile, the new CEO allowed the TMobile to circle the hole and push the lever of the toilet. The Tmobile is no longer the great company that attracted me to it all those years ago. It was a great ride while John was at the helm. The ride with the new CEO has and is awful.475Visto1like3ComentariosHow to get the $30 home internet plan on magenta max?
I signed up for the $30 home internet plan as a magenta max customer last month and I being charged $50. I have called CSR several times and I was told you have to wait a few billing cycles before a $20 a month credit is applied. I have asked several times for a copy of the terms and conditions of the promo and they have refused to provide details. Has anyone manage to get the $30 rate for home internet?16KViews1like11ComentariosExisting Customer Promos versus New Customers
I'm currently on a Tmobile One Plan (4 lines at $160) + Plus the Tmobile Home Internet ($50) -(autopay) = $210 Currently, there is a promotion for new customers to be on Magenta MAX (4 lines at $170) and get the Tmobile Home Internet discount ($30) - (autopay)= $200 My question, over 4 years of being at Tmobile (10+ years previous with Sprint), why can't I get this promotional pricing? I'd love the hotspot benefit and the ability to save a little more each month, and after speaking with customer service there was not an option for existing customers. Is it possible to get this pricing/plan upgrade, without having to be a new customer or by switching to a different carrier? Thanks, WilliamSolved1KViews1like4Comentarios
