If I temporarily suspend a line on my account, will that number be notified?
I am the main account holder and there is someone on my account that refuses to pay me for their service as originally agreed upon. If I were to put a temporary suspension on the line, will their number be notified or will the phone just stop calling out and sending text messages?
My phone is suspended, but it still asks for full payment.
I have my phone suspended for about two months (until end of Feb) and was told I'donly have to pay 10.00 per month up till then. But why is it asking me to pay in full? the full roughly 70 dollars I currently don't have to spend. I'm a bit frustrated atm. It's now asking me to pay in full for Feb.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I went in store to suspend my line, and they representatives told me that I need to call T-mobile to suspend my line. So I called them and put my suspension date as June 10th. They never suspended it so in July I called them and the representative told me that it's taken care of. This month I'm still not suspended. I'm already overseas so every call back to the US is expensive. Why is it so difficult to suspend my line? When I was in a different company it was easy, brought my orders to the store and they did everything right then and there.
I would like to redo my review of customer service, they blatantly lied to me.
I chatted with T-Mobile customer servicetwo days ago. I found out that I had a bill that didn't go through my checking account. I asked the CS rep Mary Rose what to do about it. She said, don't worry, I'll take care of it. If you pay 47.13 on the 8th then redo your payment arrangement, you'll be fine. You won't be charged and they won't suspend your service. So, I paid the 57.13, it was not 47 as she stated, all in text which I have. Guess what happened? My line was suspended and I was charged 20.00. Unbelievable. I gave her a glowing 5 star review. Id like to change this and look for another service.
