I purchased an S22 Ultra 256 Gig phone with the extended warranty just over a year ago, At the time the agent tried to get me to purchase the 128 Gig model saying, "You just keep everything in the cloud anyway." I told him that I dont always have access to the cloud and dont mind paying the premium for the extra memory. Just over a year later after having paid every month for this extended warranty, my S22 Ultra has the dreaded overheating issue many of these phones have been plagued with. It happens so often I can't even use the phone. I called to get a warranty replacement which they had no problem with, except, they want to give me a S22 Ultra with only 128 Gig of memory not 256 like I purchased. They are essentially downgrading my phone and replacing it with one with lesser capabilities. The issue is they do not have any S22 Ultra's in 256 Gig in stock with which to replace it with. I told them the next closest phone they have with the same capabilities is the S23 Ultra 256 and they should replace it with that. They said they can't because their computer won't let them because it automatically says the S22 Ultra 128 Gig is the comparable phone to my S22 Ultra 256 Gig. How can they give me a replacement phone with half the memory mine has and tell me it is the compares le phone? I'm not asking for anything more than a phone with the same capabilities as mine? It's not my fault they dont have a supply of phones as the same model I have. Thoughts?40Visto0likes1ComentarioT-Mobile Wifi Privacy
I just joined the T-Mobile Home Internet team but I was trying to hide my WiFi from outsiders like I was able to do with my nighthawk but I couldn’t find the setting in the app. Does anyone know how I can hide my WiFi name from other individuals outside of my home672Visto0likes1ComentarioWhy am I randomly not receiving texts?
A few months ago it came to my attention that I was not receiving certain messages from what seemed like a single person (they showed me their phone proving they in fact had sent me these messages). Then it happened with another friend. Both these individuals have iPhones and are on T-Mobile. I'm an Android user. It is seemingly completely random, sometimes even in the middle of a conversation, selective texts sent seconds or minutes apart will not come through. So far I have tried: Changing to the stock texting app (I normally use Mood) Clearing the text app cache uninstalling and reinstalling Mood changing the SIM T-Mobile advised me to do some kind of reset (which all it did was make me have to put in all my WiFi passwords again) full factory reset Confirmed APN settings Bought another damn phone. Annoying that I could never figure out wth was happening, but no matter, it seemed like things were working. Well, the problem has returned, and it's very difficult to troubleshoot or know when it's happening because it's not like there's an error message. I don't find out until days or weeks later, and I imagine sometimes never at all. People think I'm just ignoring them. I have also had issues where texts come in very delayed, I'm talking anywhere from like a half hour to 24 hours later. These are just regular old sms texts, usually brief ones too, not group chats media etc., if that matters. Is it possible that that I am momentarily losing service when these messages are being sent and they just kind of disappear into the void? lol Solutions?Solved111KViews4likes61Comentarios
