Consistent Dropped Calls at 1 to 3 minutes
I have four lines on the account and my wife's number is the only one with this issue, One week ago the problem started and last Friday I've spent a total of 6 hours with Customer Care. They were very nice and earnest. Tried numerous call scenarios which were all through the same nearby cell site. Calls to and from landlines and mobiles with no change Calls with and without wifi on. Numerous phone resets and power up/down. Numerous Care activity including account changes. Deleted a recently installed app. The problem went away for a few days and seems to have started again today. Thoughts? Jim
5G coverage is Trash in Austin, Texas
Hey ya'll I'm in south austin, texas and have noticed, in the last several days, that my service has been sh!t when on 5G. I cannot load anything, pull up anything, etc while on 5G or LTE. I have to be on wifi which is F'ing me up. I cant go out and check work stuff. It also will not let me download images. Soooo annoying. Already talked to Support too many times and no dice. Im about to go to the store and see what they can do becuse this is really messing me up, work wise that is. I have a brand new S22 Ultra, 2 months old. Anyone else notice this lately or something similar to?
This network is blocked due to unaddressed abuse complaints, will a different router set to static fix?
Hoping someone can answer this for me. My household is continuously getting the "this network is blocked due to unaddressed abuse complaints..." It is now got to the point where we can make certain purchases. (i.e. Walmart website) As far as I understand this is all to common based upon how TMO runs their home internet. My question is, if I use something like Google Home Mesh Router system, hardwire the Google Mesh system into the TMO Gateway, change the Google Mesh Router from DHCP to Static, would that fix the issue or no? If no, sad. So sad. Could anyone help with some way of fixing this issue? My wife is getting angry because she can't shop online…Our bank account is looking nicer, but it's getting hostile within the house…=)
MICHIGAN & NOT ABLE TO MAKE OR RECEIVE ALL TEXTS AND CALLS
I'm in MICHIGAN. Has anyone else been having problems with T-mobile Network and unable to receive and making phone calls and text messages? Some calls and texts will go through, but then others will fail. I've had several people say they called, but it went directly to voice-mail. I've also had people say they left messages on my voice-mail, but I haven't received them yet. Who should I contact to get fixed? I have an Elderly Mom and it's important for her to be able to contact me. Also for any other emergencies. Thank you for your help! 🫂
