Promotions - Tuesdays
I have been a customer for 15 years! I don't understand why as a long time customer I am unable to use the Tuesday promotions?? I have paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for your service and I can't use a promotion that is probably at the most $50?? I have been working really hard to raise my credit scores to be able to move services!! I now longer feel "appreciation for your service" vibe at all!! ASAP, which will be soon... I will no longer be a Tmob customer, and I suggest everyone get outbefore you pay way too much for to long!!!
Shell Gas Saving is $0.09 cents, not $0.10
I've recently noticed that when I use my Fuel Rewards card (daily $0.05 off) to fill up with my T-Mobile Tuesday savings (additional $0.05 off), the price is always $0.01 MORE when I get my receipt than what's posted at the actual pump. This is the case at all the different Shell gas stations I've used in the DFW (Texas.) What's up with this? I got gas today and it was posted for $3.03. With the $0.10 off, I should've paid $2.93 per gallon, but when I got my receipt, it clearly shows they took $0.10 off of $3.04. So I ended up paying $0.17 more than I should have.MLB.TV 23 Not working after one week
So I redeemed my MLB.TV offer last Tuesday and it redirected me to my MLB app. When I redeemed it on there my Apple pay thing popped up and it showed the free T-mobile offer, I just had to use my face ID on my Iphone to redeem it. Everything worked fine until today 4/5/23 when I had no access to any of the games. I called MLB first and they said since I redeemed it with Apple pay to contact Apple. I contacted Apple and they said since it was an IN-app purchase to contact T-mobile to see if they can offer me a new code. I called t-mobile and finally after an hour of explaining my situation they gave me a new code for mlb.tv but they said to contact MLB to redeem the code. So I contacted MLB to redeem the code because there is no where on the mlbtv website to redeem it and they said I would have to redeem it on the Tmobile tuesday app but since the promotion is over they don't know how to help me input the code. I need help with my situation if possible or if there is a T-mobile Rep that has knowledge of this promotion and can help me use this code somewhere I would greatly appreciate it. I have always used this promotion since it became a thing and never had issues before.
AAA subscription 2022
I see the 1 year of free AAA subscription being offered by TMOBILEI already have the premium aaa for $90 so How can we get the two combined and tmobile would pay its $60 and I would pay the balancekind of like How tmobile pays for my Netflix but I pay the $4 for the upgraded version thanks Please help
