Email to text not working via gmail.
Have a PLC that sends alerts/alarms out via email. There are 10 people on the group message, 8 of whom are on other carriers - all received the email/text, but not to tmomail.net. Only two of us are on Tmobile and we are the only two who didn't receive the alert: There was a temporary problem delivering your message to **********@tmomail.net. Gmail will retry for 25 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. The response from the remote server was: 452 4.1.0 <**********@gmail.com> server temporarily unavailable AUP#MXRT
How to use @tmomail.net via gmail? I am not getting Email to SMS on my phone, even though SMS to Email works
I'm trying to get SMS to Email to work so that I can get text messages for specific emails. I have successfully sent an email to myself through the SMS service and I can plainly see my +1XXXYYYZZZZ@tmomail.netaddress as the sender. When I reply to that email, I do not receive a text message. Can anyone help with this?

Hi - I'm trying to forward email (via filter rules) from Gmail to @tmomail.net. I can forward it manually from my Gmail account with no problem, but if I try the rules, it ultimately times out and I get a mail "Mail Delivery Subsystem" message back saying: *** The response from the remote server was: *** 421 4.2.0 <forwarding-noreply@google.com> server temporarily unavailable AUP#MXRT Note: I'm actually a customer via Mint Mobile, in case that makes a difference. Any thoughts? Tips? Options? Thanks - Shane O.
Email to SMS issue
I am using an SMTP server to send out emails and texts to notify people of certain events. The SMTP server sends out emails and texts with no issue except when sending to tmobile numbers. I've reviewed other questions involving this same issue but can't seem to come to a resolution. Can someone help me out with this? Gracias.

421 4.2.0 sender rejected AUP#SNDR
I manage a few mail servers for my employer. We noticed that we are being blocked by T-Mobile (relay=tmo-east.mx.a.cloudfilter.net).We send a lot of messages to our customers' SMS gateway addresses daily. As of today, all of our messages have started. On the servers we saw bouncing back with 421 sender rejected AUP#SNDR messages. Is there any way you could whitelist our mail server IP addresses? I know you are making some changes to fight spam, but it is hurting our clients who want to get notified on new property listings. I can email the logs to you at an appropriate email address or complete a whitelist form if you would like, along with a list of our mail server IP addresses. This issue started occurring around the end of last week (5/12/22). Anytime a client or I try to send a specific link to a phone number (EX: 1234567890@tmomail.net) we receive the following error: "Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain <a href="http://tmomail.net" target="_blank">tmomail.net</a> by <a href="http://tmo-east.mx.a.cloudfilter.net" target="_blank">tmo-east.mx.a.cloudfilter.net</a>. [54.147.231.4]. The error that the other server returned was: 421 4.2.0 qhKynrJLCON26qhKznxskm internal error AUP#BL" Is the link within the message breaking some kind of policy, or what exactly does the internal error mean?cellnumber@tmomail.net has stopped working
I have searched and found a number of older topics on tmomail.net not working. This worked for a long time then out of the blue, when trying to send a text to myself from my gmail account, the delivery is getting blocked when the gmail SMTP servers try to deliver the mail to tmomail.net Is there a quick fix to this? Why is this so hard to figure out. I'm actually using my own gmail account to send texts to tmomail.net to my T-Mobile cell number. That's all. I use a excel spreadsheet to send the email, I know the email is getting processed by gmail, it's on the tmomail.net end where it issue is. Thanks! mg
