trade-in-value
3 TopicsTrade-in valuation not fully paid by TMobile
I was given a valuation for my Z Fold3 for $500 and I accepted. So I traded for the Z Fold4, sent in my old one, and that's it - it should all be done and setup. They only gave me $385 credit on my bill and didn't give me the full $500. When I was texting with their support through theirchat, she led me to believe that the rest of it would be credited on the next billing cycle. Can anyone confirm that this is true?Solved801Visto0likes2ComentariosCheated out of phone trade in value
I'm a prior long time sprint customer. T-mobile bought them out and upgraded to 5G. My wife's samsung 7S edge would not work on 5G and my iphone 6 was getting old enough that I could no longer upgrade apps, so we decided to both upgrade. We decided on the samsung S21 5G for each of us. We were promised $400 each credit on trade-in. Got our phones and sent the old ones in still in their otter boxes. Got a text from them that they were received damaged and we would not receive credit. What a bunch of BS! Clearly lying and never intended to give us credit. CHEATERS! I have seen lots of similar stories on here and I think they are asking for a class action lawsuit. Anyone else with me? BTW never got my phone back.541Visto2likes5Comentarios
