I Have been having peoblems using my Direct Carrier Billing, and I would like to know as to why this is happening. It worked perfectly fine before. I would also appreciate it if you tell me how to fix iit.I have the netflix on us thing by tmobile and an expert said that i could not use these two features together. My line's been suspended and I can't reactivate it through the app because "something doesn't match" T-mobiles records. I tried paying m over due fee as a guest but nothing came of it and I can't get my money back.
