I already tried calling Tmobile support, even got escalated to Tier 2, with no luck. My house has almost no T-mobile coverage, so I use T-mobile WiFi when I'm here. On my iPhone Xs Max running iOS 15.4.1, I suddenly can't receivetext messages (green bubbles) via T-mobile WiFi anymore. I can send text messages fine, just not receive them. I've already tried: restarting the phone resetting the Network Settings (twice) turning iMessage off and on again turning Messages > "Send as SMS" off for 3 seconds and back on again having T-mobile support reset the line. I can even send text messages via T-mobile WiFi if the phone is in airplane mode, but I still can't receive them. This just started happening in the past couple of days. Help? (And thanks!)
