wifi
87 TopicsExcellent signal, no connection
Can anyone help me?? I've called T-Mobile several times, talked to IT, and went to the store and still no help. I have the home internet, it's showing 5 bars and excellent connection, but our speed is 4 mbps. Our service used to be amazing, but lately we can't even watch a show on Netflix with out it buffering! We have reset our wifi, did the new network pathways with T-Mobile, and went in and got a new white router and it seems to be worse now! My phone, tv, iPadwon't on the wifi even thought it says our signal is excellent. I'm so frustrated with this, and about to cancel my internet; however, I love the price point compared to our areas Internet providers. Anyone know what to do? I'm not sure if you get a new sim or not with the new router? That is about the only thing I could think to replace, if it wasn't already with the router. Thank you!!396Visto0likes6Comentariost-mobile WiFi Managed Networks

I can set my settingsto anything and they seem to persist is that normal?946Visto0likes1Comentariowhy cant your service agent find my order information?
I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was metwith what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number thatI do not have throughT-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existent60Visto0likes0ComentariosMultiple Network IDs
I've had TMobile's Wireless Home Internet for close to 3 years. It works well but the Mobile Home Internet Management apps are deficient: T-Mobile, T-Mobile Internet, T-Life, and T-Mobile.com restrict many functionalities that should be available to home internet technical users. You allow us to create multiple network id's on our T-Mobile Wireless Home Gateways. I have 3 defined on my KVD21 JT2DBE659. However you DO NOT allow us to view WHICH devices are connected to WHICH network id. Why Not ??? We've been asking for this for years. Some of us isolate device functionality in our networks by creating multiple networks thus maintaining ease of troubleshooting and security management. This works great, but when you CANNOT see which devices are connected to which network id. - that just SUCKS. Weh are you going to get this operational? What does it take to get someone on the management team with a brain to document this and have it placed on the functionality development list for developmentand implementation? Other Router manufacturers have this built right into their products - why can't you get this moving ????99Visto0likes1ComentarioHow Do I Troubleshoot Wi-Fi Connection Problems on an Intel Evo Laptop?
Hi everyone, I'm encountering some issues with Wi-Fi connectivity on my Intel Evo laptop, and I'm looking for some guidance on how to troubleshoot these problems effectively. Specifically, I'm having trouble with intermittent connections and occasional drops while working both from home and in the office. Given the advanced features of Intel Evo laptops, I'm wondering if there are any specific troubleshooting steps or settings adjustments that can help resolve these issues. If anyone has experienced similar problems or has insights into optimizing Wi-Fi performance on Intel Evo laptops, your advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help! (And before you ask, no, my LG V35 phone can't be upgraded.) I signed up for T-Mobile's Home Internet. Works fine (I'm using it now, connected via Ethernet.) I even have the WiFi working and connected to my phone. T-Mobile is not my cell provider. I tried to download the T-Mobile app via Google Play, but it says my phone is not compatible. A call to T-Mobile tech support revealed it needs Android 9.0 or above. My phone is maxed at v8.0. I need the app to rename my Network and create a 2.4G connection to connect my Smart Home devices, but this can only be done via the app. ...or can it? Help. TIASolved193Visto0likes3Comentarios
