4-got password
So I can't remember my password for my router & my wifi when I go into my account to change or retrieve password I can't cause it ask for my current password what can I do help lol
@Sylvia1313 on your T-Mobile gateway, I think you will need to do a complete reset, meaning hit the reset button on the bottom or backside of your gateway, and use your T-Mobile Internet app to set it up again. Many people have said that they write their password down on a piece of paper attached to their gateway (unless someone breaks into your house, nobody else can see it).

I have a new ECHO device and I do not know my router (gateway) password to set it up. Where do I find my password and how can I change it?

The Echo should only need your WiFi passworrd….not the router password. You can change it in the TM Home Internet App.
The password should be on the back of your t mobile gateway.
