WARNING: Tech support just told me that the NEWER hubs do not support IP4
Trying to triage the issue below and the tech read from some specification documents that the new models do not support IP4, you must upgrade to a business plan The following was from my PC wired into the hub From Home: Tracing route to microbiomeprescription.com [205.144.171.116] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 * * * Request timed out. 2 * 192.168.1.1 reports: Destination net unreachable. Trace complete. The issue seems to be with IP4 addresses, IP6 works fine. I have excellent speed on my PC to sites that I can reach. Other sites are not reachable. Examples: ROKU (from devices) F-Secure FREEDOM ZOOM Logging into T-mobile!!!!! As a FYI, the performance I cited above has nose dived…Was 82 Mbps down and 25 Mbps up. (which I was getting consistently when I first signed up) and today it’s 8Mbps down and 3-6 Mbps up. t-mobile may be under provisioning …so as customer base grows, performance drops, and drops.. If this is HOME Internet service call1-877 837-9842 They will just reply "We are looking at it" -- but if you do not call / complain…it will not get action. And call often.. I called every 2 hours…then is magically was resolved. If telephone service, then call the support number for that.3Visto0likes0Comentarios
