Re: Connected, No Internet
Some devices will not care that your T-Mobile Router is really a cell phone. Some devices have higher security and see its a cell phone and will not connect. If"intermittent" than it will connect some times than it will decide to not to. This will not ever happen. The T-Mobile Router has a sim card and gives off a different signal, some devices will connect and some will not. You won't have a device that connects some of the time and other times no. That is a signal issue. Attached is an inexpensive router from Amazon ,https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-MU-MIMO-Dual-Band-Internet-Providers/dp/B0BQX395D1/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2L7B08TAQ3DCI&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.Nok0yJVI5JQrHH3ioK6vwmW0p57kY3Ahcop6uhNaZ7UtvkvSBV_kykVDGkkW_YbhqOfqED0SK5087Acm5401kU17mNltwE0a2Wgg3aH6uqCjPNJmW0m592fqNAmYMPIGSYApuBKuo81M5EBC6hmu4oYTxeqFXnev-HOSzuqtaA_Vp5kod740O2z9b0435X7DUCyFio928m7LKumx4OJS3tw3YRMsjGU4nvT9Ab7WMEQ.qspPArzWV9d2saqCrHDF4W06KrlqfWAopw8jCWSppco&dib_tag=se&keywords=cheap+routers&qid=1726408577&sprefix=cheap+routers%2Caps%2C120&sr=8-4 Plug this into the back and your router will work like a router should. If you don't like it, it is returnable. I have an Orbi Router connected to my T-Mobile Router.60Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Connected, No Internet
The issue is your router from T-Mobile will not put out the same signal that I router from AT&T or Verizon or one of the cable companies. What T-Mobile has done is a modified using a telephone Sim and your equipment CS Sim and they know it's not a router so they won't connect, what you have to buy a router from Amazon or somewhere, you could find them in expensive and connect that in the back of your T-Mobile device and you will connect to the new Route you just plugged in. It'll be no problem at all. I found out this issue when I tried to have my garage door opener my connect to the Internet. It cannot do it. It took many days and many calls to find out the reason why because it doesn't see a router it see's a cell phone.182Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Chamberlain garage openers can't connect once again
Who will I could tell you is the resolution given to me worked I've been using my T-Mobile for about eight months I've never been happier with it my garage door will open and close wherever I am I could be out of the country I can open and close the door. I can never do it before I put the additional router. I don't understand why people love to trace their tails &go round and round. I find an answer and I move on from it. I will be very hesitant to help anyone. It seems no good D goes unpunished. Good luck.24Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Chamberlain garage openers can't connect once again
The only way to fix your issue is to get a router and plug it into your T-Mobile gateway. This problem took two weeks to figure out. It was confirmed by the last engineer I spoke to at Chamberlin. Your garage door opener wants to shake hands with a router. Your T-Mobile gateway signals I am a cell phone and this is my number ### ### ####. The garage opener says no thank you. I have T-Mobile and I hooked up anOrbi with the garage door and immediately all the issues disappeared .19Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: myq garage door opener wont connect on 2.4ghz band
It is a simple problem. My Q does not see a modem/router, My-Q see's a T-Mobile telephone number, thus it see's a cell phone. It will never connect to matter what some one tells you. Lowes was coming back to tear out their install, I went through 3 Techs on the phone before the ? are you using a T-Mobile device.29Visto1like0ComentariosRe: myq garage door opener wont connect on 2.4ghz band
Several months ago I put in the latest Chamberlin model. I'll save you lots of aggravation. You will never get your "Q" to link with the T-Mobile device. The only way is to get yourself a Router like the Dynalink. I had already purchased a router for Xfinity. https://www.amazon.com/Dynalink-DL-WRX36-8-Stream-Wireless-3-6Gbps/dp/B096K9SVCT/ref=sr_1_3?crid=5S8V69U83Y8R&keywords=dynalink&qid=1648574680&sprefix=dynalink%2Caps%2C162&sr=8-3 Plug your router into the back of the T-Mobile device. I named my new router a different name and password. After this I went through the process and looked for my new name and everything connected. It has worked perfectly without any issue.37Visto5likes0ComentariosRe: NAT and Upnp Settings on Xbox One restricted
Your T-Mobile device looks like a cell phone to many systems. Pick up a router and plug it into the back. use the new router and you should be all good. https://www.amazon.com/Dynalink-DL-WRX36-8-Stream-Wireless-3-6Gbps/dp/B096K9SVCT/ref=sr_1_1?crid=X186SZV55VGO&keywords=Dynalink+WiFi+6+AX3600+Router&qid=1646782344&sprefix=dynalink+wifi+6+ax3600+router%2Caps%2C385&sr=8-123Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Connected, No Internet
Well you did the basic to get your service back to normal. Since that didn't help it can very well be a hardware issue. Overheating has caused problems. I use a cooling fan and it has been just great. Your next step is Tech Support 844.275.9310, tell them everything you did to try to fix your Gateway. They can do stuff remotely which may turn out to be a new replacement. Good luck.20Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Connected, No Internet
I would do a factory reset. Do you know when you device was upgraded to the new version? Was it last 24 hours? This is the new Version:1.2103.00.0338, If its updated something could have caused an error. A total reset is the best way to clear that. If this first doesn't fix the problem, then you need a device replacement.Good luck to you.1.4KViews1like0Comentarios
