Visited the official local store and they also failed to reset my PIN and ask me call the support to follow up?!?! They send me home and promise toinvestigate my case and never get back to me.Back and forth to the store and calling support for the past 3 months and now I receiveanother letter from another debt collector representing T-Mobile to collect another $125 for unknown items!!!4Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: T-Mobile sent me to collections without notice
The same thing happens to me now. After cancelling service, a debt collector sent me a letter claim for ~$100. Checked with T-Mobile and they said I didn't return a signal booster than I never ordered. I did pay the amountas I don't want to hurt my credit. Call the support number and they send me to local store because they can't reset my PIN without proof of my identify. Go to the official store and they said they can't help me as only the customer support line can do that. After calling the support and visiting local store 5 times, T-Mobile sent me another ~$125 bill (including return payment fee) and also another letter from another debt collector. It seems this cycle is never ended and I can't even protect my credit. Anyone has any working resolutions before I seek for attorney assist and report to FCC?10Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Need Help! Refund for returned WiFi cellspot router after canceled account.
Similar thing happens to my cancelled TMobile account. Never request any cellspot device but receive a letter from debt collector to collect late fee as they claim I am late to return the cell spot device. Called many times and all representative can't access my account without a 6 digit pin and they also can't reset it for me. They redirect me to local store to proof my identity and the local store also can't handle my case and send me back to phone support. Have been calling support and visiting store more than 10 times and nobody can resolve my issue! I am going to file a complain in FCC and here is the info in case anyone has the similar situation.https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us8Visto2likes0Comentarios
