Re: Price Lock
I have been with T-Mobile for 6-years. They were A+ until today.Signed up with T-Mobile in 2018. This was their 55+ plan which was $30/line, locked in for life. They absolutely stated "FOR LIFE" and I thought that was awesome. Now they have fallen to a D grade in my mind because I cannot trust them or what they tell me. It's been a long time since I lost trust in a company this quickly. Their customer service agents don't even seem to know what the term "Grandfathered-in" even means. I've repeatedly been told it means: "An old plan that is no longer offered." Who educated and trained someone to say something like that? I was told that it had to do with Inflation. Dishonoring your contract has to do with Inflation? I do hope they reverse this terrible decision based on customer feedback. All they told me was that I could write to a P.O. Box in New Mexico to complain.4Visto4likes0ComentariosRe: Price Lock
My plan originated in 2018 as a guaranteed no price increase "Grandfathered" for life plan. The agent I am now speaking with is telling me that "Grandfathered" just means an "Older plan" that I have and that it is retired and that is all it means and guarantees nothing This is definitely a breach of contract. They are refusing to escalate to an executive team member and will only give me a p.o. box in Albuquerque, NM. They were unable to review the terms of my contract with me telling me to just go online at T-Mobile and review it myself. They gave me this generic info and were unable to assist further. T-Mobile Wireless P.O. Box 37380 Albuquerque, NM 87176 They appeared not to understand what the term "Granfathered" means. This is the worst service I have ever received from T-Mobile. I am complaining to the FTC and the consumer protection bureau about this. I am calling Verizon as we speak to find out what their price plans are as well. I have lost faith and all my trust in T-Mobile.1Ver3likes0Comentarios
