Good luck! Bait and Switch…..I'm sure that's not the first time T-Mobile has heard that, esp since I just told them the same thing this past week. After 22 ½ years with Sprint/T-Mobile, I switched. Never in my 22 ½ years did I feel like Sprint was actually trying to take advantage/rip off their customers like I have this first time with T-Mobile. Shady business practices with bait and switch promotions. Let's not talk about the small print T-Mobile, if there's many people saying the same thing, it's a pattern of deceit. Shame on you T-Mobile. Over 21 and a half years with Sprint and I stuck with them. You can't even keep a long-term customer for a year. Shady, shady. I cut my mom's phone off (who passed away in October) and you had the audacity to want to charge me more for cutting it off. That was the final decision maker…...and your CLERK acted as if she was doing me a favor with a $10 credit. Laughable. CROOKED SHADY UNSCRUPULOUS BAIT AND SWITCH There's surely got to be lawyers looking into this. I've documented EVERYTHING thoroughly. Their advertisements, their offers, their representatives and their supervisors, and the verbal offers. Bait and switch is absolutely going on. No integrity. Luckily I didn't fall for their bs. I work too hard for my money T-Mobile, for you to STEAL IT. I was with Sprint for over 22 years. In less than a year, T-Mobile ran me off with their borderline fraudulent sales practices. T-Mobile, admit your promotions are wrong, rescind them, and treat your customers that haven't left with some dignity. So disrespectful for you to deceive your customers like you are doing.
