There is definitely something wrong with T-Mobile website and looking at your own billing or anything else I'm able to log into the messages here so I can comment but I log into my account after logging out you know email or phone number and your password and then they want to send you a code via text message or email I do that and it says you don't have access to this in logs me right out Have you been able to check your billing cuz I haven't been able to no matter how many times I changed the password over the phone with customer service they have to deal with technical19Visto0likes0Comentarios- 28Visto0likes0Comentarios
can't access acount after logging out
I started having the issue a week ago October 1st . I called them and I went to the store. I log in to the website with my correct password ( it's written down) then it says we're going to send you a code via text message or each email to prove it's you .. I enter that code and then it says you're logged out you don't have access. Got stuff resolved I THOUGHT I had an iissue Again TONIGHT . I did it once it was correct ...called customer service told him there is a problem, he gave me a temporary password I logged in and changed it. I made sure to log out while he was on the phone to see if it would happen and it did I could not log back in correct password they send me a code and then they say no access.. I have a prepaid account I cannot be the only one that runs into this issue. I don't think it has anything to do with browsers when it comes to accessing your account because I'm using my cell phone T-Mobile Samsung phone and I used a tablet at the same time there's definitely something wrong where people cannot access their accounts especially when you're prepaid203Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Account, T-Mobile app and Live Chat issues
See there is a problem with T-Mobile I just got off the phone because every time I log in I have the correct password it says it wants to send me a code to my phone to make sure it's me so I use it I put it in and it says I'm logged out I don't have access I had this problem October 1st I spent an afternoon dealing with changing password it worked then I logged out of the account and logged back in and had the problem so hopefully an engineer or somebody works on this because this is absolutely ridiculous40Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Other party cannot always hear me

That has nothing to do with it this is nothing to do with Spam because I sent myself a message to my text from my email to see if it worked no problem the problem is everybody starting to have problems text messaging to an email address and coming up as an empty message which just started after they forced us to update last week72Visto0likes0Comentarios
