Decent service
OK guys. I have been a T-Mobile customer for about 26 years. Almost as long as they have been around. At times service sucked, but I stayed around, knowing I was with a growing company and I liked their business model. Now I'm in my third year with the 5G data. I was only in the extended range area so it wasn't super fast. I signed up anyway because i just couldn't do Suddenlink, now Optimum anymore. My speed has been up around 50 meg, but sometimes is less than ten. I've heard all the commercials they have cast nationwide about highspeed internet in rural areas, but I'm finding it to not be very reliable. You would think they would want to keep a customer that has been around as long as I have and continually sold friends and relatives on T-Mobile. I think it's time for the company to invest in their good customers and fix whatever is creating the large speed decreases in my area. Does anyone have any input on this? Jack24Visto0likes0Comentarios
