Tmobile trade in is SCAM
T mobile trade in is definitely a scam or useless reps that promised resolutions to just get you off the phone. I have port in and trade in my phones from Verizon in Sept 2022. They advertised and promised the trade-in amounts. Processed at store in Sept and somehow one of the trade in was linked to wrong line. Rep at store claim it is not an issue for the promotion etc. Ever since then, i had called customer care and spoken to over 10 reps since Sep and still have not been corrected by T mobile. So, beware when you decide to port in or trade in your phone in Tmobile.. You may never see the credits/promotions promised.3KViews10likes18Comentarios
